For anyone looking for foot reflexology in Antalya, our Muratpaşa centre offers this traditional resting treatment: measured pressure applied to specific points on the soles. Guests who stand or walk all day tend to choose it often, because the sense of lightness comes quickly.
You settle into a comfortable chair. After a warm foot soak, the therapist works the sole, heel and spaces between the toes with thumb and knuckle pressure. It is firm but never uncomfortable, and most people close their eyes halfway through and drift into deep calm.
If you have an open wound, a fungal infection, a recent fracture or a vascular condition on the foot, please mention it so we can adapt the treatment.
Foot reflexology is offered at 30 minutes for 1400₺, 45 minutes for 2100₺ and 60 minutes for 2700₺ — a quick, budget-friendly option. You can pair it with a full-body treatment such as our Thai fusion massage.
Coming in comfortable shoes and socks that are easy to slip off makes the session smoother. Afterwards most guests say their feet feel lighter and a general calm sets in; a glass of water is a good idea. Foot reflexology is one of Thailand's long-standing traditions and depends on knowing the right points — here it is done by therapists trained in exactly that. We have been in Muratpaşa since 2023.
The pressure is firm and steady, so tickling is rare; tell the therapist if your feet are sensitive.
Comfortable, everyday clothes are enough; you don't need to undress for reflexology — you simply sit with your feet bare. Think of an outfit that lets you slip off your shoes and socks easily. If your feet get cold, let us know — a warm foot bath is already the first step of the session, so the muscles soften and the pressure feels much more comfortable.
For tired feet, yes. For overall tension, a longer session works better alongside it.
